Essential Workday: Clear Darrington for Motherlode Epic

Calling all dedicated volunteers! The Darrington trail needs your immediate help this Saturday, May 31st, to prepare for the upcoming Motherlode Epic happening just a week later. There's a lot to get accomplished, so it's truly all hands on deck to ensure the trail is in prime condition!

About the Event
This workday will focus on effectively clearing any weed overgrowth and debris from the trail to ensure a smooth and safe path for the event. We need everyone capable of doing heavy clearing work.
If you have hedgers and weed eaters (gas-powered or battery-powered with at least a 30-minute charge), please bring them with you! Having your own tools will make a huge difference in what we can accomplish.
What to bring/wear: Volunteers should bring gloves, long pants, eye protection, and sturdy shoes, and we recommend bringing water and snacks.
Meeting Point & Time: We will be meeting at the Brown’s Ravine Boat Ramp at 8:30 AM sharp. The workday will run until 1:00 PM.
