Folsom’s Public Bike Skills Park Is Back!
Grand Opening Celebration — May 16
Revitalize Folsom's Public Bike Park
Partnering with the Folsom Bike Skills Park aligns your business with youth engagement, outdoor recreation, and community well‑being — while offering strong visibility at a highly visited public space. As a sponsor, your organization becomes part of a long‑term community resource supported by FATRAC volunteers and the City of Folsom. It’s a chance to contribute to something lasting, visible, and deeply valued by families and riders across the region.

Folsom’s Public Bike Skills Park Is Back — And Better Than Ever
The Folsom Bike Skills Park is undergoing a full revitalization, and local businesses are helping drive the transformation. This project promotes inclusivity and equitable access, offering progressive features that support safe skill development for beginners while still challenging advanced riders. As Folsom’s only public bike skills park, it fills a critical gap in the city’s recreation offerings and strengthens the region’s outdoor identity.
Your partnership directly supports construction, ongoing maintenance, and community programming that keeps the park thriving year‑round. Business contributions help create a central gathering space that fosters community connection, youth engagement, and healthy outdoor activity — all while complementing Folsom’s extensive trail network.
Thanks to a generous initial contribution from Claudia Cummings and a $10,000 matching grant, the project has strong momentum and is ready to break ground. These early investments demonstrate broad community support and highlight the value of continued business involvement.
Designed for minimal environmental impact, the revitalized park follows best‑practice sustainability standards and lies outside sensitive areas. Once complete, it will require only routine maintenance — supported by FATRAC and community volunteers in partnership with the City of Folsom Parks & Recreation, which will oversee long‑term stewardship.
