Confluence

The Confluence trail is a downhill trail, with tight single track, jumps and rocks to ride.  The trail rides high above the American River from the OHV park down to the Confluence.  If you're afraid of heights, this trail may not be for you - there is some exposure along the trail with a drop off to your left side!  This trail is most commonly accessed from the Connector parking area on Clementine Rd.  Riders will either ride to it from the Culvert or Stonewall trail, and many do it as a dedicated shuttle ride.  That doesn't mean you can't ride your hard tail, or even your fully rigid bike here though!  If you're not shuttling, this trail puts a great finish on any ride that starts from the Confluence as it ends your day with pure downhill.

Trail Head: The OHV access road off of Old Foresthill Rd, approximately two miles from the Confluence. As stated above, many riders access this trail via the Culvert or Stonewall trail, either by shuttling from the Connector trail head parking area on Clementine Rd, or as an end to a longer ride that started at the Confluence or top of Stagecoach.
