Fleming Meadows
Fleming Meadows is a beautiful ride, located near Sly Park reservoir. The ride itself goes through deep, lush forest, and is comprised of fast, twisting single track and some fire road. The ride starts with a challenging climb that will test your fitness. It levels out and sends you dropping through fast and fun single track. Keep your eyes peeled - the trail crosses a few forest access roads and uses them to link sections. Follow the signs labeled "8" (not "8a" or "8b") and you'll be fine! After the first long downhill, the trail rolls along, with fast and technical descents. There are a few jumps built in, or you can use water bars to take flight if that's your thing! The loop returns you to the access road on which you started, which is just below where you're parked. From the parking area, you can take off around Sly Park reservoir on its fun and exciting trails, or call it a day!
Trail Head: Take the Sly Park Rd. exit off of Highway 50 and head towards Sly Park reservoir. Turn left on Silver Lake Rd. and park in the day use parking area just across the dam.
