32 Mountain Bikers Participate in FATRAC's First Monthly "Try the Divide" Ride

[img_assist|nid=356|title=Groupshot|desc=|link=node|align=left|width=200|height=125]On Saturday, February 17th, FATRAC held the very first of the new monthly "Try the Divide" ride event at the Foresthill Divide Loop Trail and Connector Trail in Auburn. There were five riders on the beginner ride, twenty riders made the complete loop with the intermediate group, and the rest were advanced riders who went at a much faster pace. Everyone finished their rides around the same time so that we could all get together afterward. 32 riders showed up to ride in all, making it the largest FATRAC ride in years. After the rides ended, we got together for barbecued chili dogs, chips, sodas and other carbonated beverages that some brought. It was a really fun time, and lots of passers by came by and joined in the festivities. FATRAC also gained five new members. Join us next month on March 15 at the top of FDLT.
